The Vetted Checkup Survey evaluates the most important policies, practices, and outcomes for employing veterans and the military-connected community. While we understand that every employer is different and have designed the evaluation to be flexible, the factors we are looking for include:
- Veteran-focused recruiting efforts
- Strong veteran hiring and internal promotion rates
- Dedicated veteran recruiting/support personnel
- Military Employee Resource Group (ERGs/BRGs)
- Military-specific mentorship and training programs
- Policies & programs supporting Guard/Reserve members and military spouses
